I Cannot See My Project Or Access Tab
Troubleshooting steps when a user cannot see the expected project or does not have access to project administration features.
Use the invited email address
Look2Guide access is tied to your email address. Make sure you sign in with the same email address that received the invitation. If you use a different email address, the project may not appear.
Accept the project invitation
If you received an invitation email, open it and accept the invitation. After accepting, sign in again and check whether the project appears in your project list.
Ask a project admin to check your access
If the project still does not appear, ask a project admin or Look2Guide support to confirm that your email address has been added to the correct project and client account.
Understand who sees the Access tab
The Access or Users area is only visible to users with the required admin permissions. If you can open the project but cannot see the Access tab, your account probably has project access but not permission to manage other users.
Share the exact issue
When asking for help, include your email address, the project name you expect to see, whether you accepted an invitation, and whether you can see other Look2Guide projects.
