Make sure the firewall settings are open, so that the ethernet cable provide valid internet connectivity!
Sometimes connecting too many ethernet cables to a switch may cause issues with connectivity. If you have issues here, first try with one or two chargers to see if it works first (i.e that you see the charger under the 'devices' tab on Look2Guide).
