Update content online with a smart charger
With Look2Guide PRO, a connected smart charger downloads your latest content by itself. This guide shows how to start a download straight away, how to put the content on the audio guides, and how to check your chargers.

Automatic downloads every 15 minutes
With Look2Guide PRO, the charger checks for new content every 15 minutes and downloads it automatically. The charger must be configured and online first. See Configure a smart charger.
Download straight away
To download new content straight away, press GET FILES on the charger.
Update the audio guides
Press MODE until you reach Updating content or Replacing content, then press START. This takes between 15 minutes and two hours, depending on the size of your content.
Overnight updates
If you prefer, the guides can also be updated automatically overnight. This is an optional setting.
Check your chargers
In Look2Guide, open Devices, then Chargers. A green dot shows that a charger is online, a tick shows that it has your latest content, and Stats Updated shows when it last uploaded statistics.
